Cohabitat Trapèze invites Lykkå Cohabitation members to discover their home!

Come discover Cohabitat Trapèze, a housing cooperative with 40 social housing units located within the Haleco development.

Originally born from a desire to create a true cohousing project, Trapèze still embraces many of these principles today:

creating a living environment where people have their own private space while choosing to share certain spaces, responsibilities, and moments of everyday life. The cooperative strives to be a welcoming, democratic, inclusive, and environmentally responsible community, grounded in mutual support, shared learning, and diversity.

Each household has a fully independent unit, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Community life instead takes place in the shared spaces: a community room, a landscaped outdoor courtyard, and shared terraces that encourage encounters, activities, and member-led initiatives.

What makes Trapèze particularly interesting, however, is the way its community is organised and nurtured. Here, members are individually tenants, but…
